Everything we do traces back to one thing: showing up for community.

Mother Earth

Community starts with the ground beneath us. She hosts every founder we serve, every idea we chase, every late night spent chasing it. So we're stewards, not tenants. We count our footprint, publish it, and give 1% of every dollar back to the people keeping her wild.

Pro Bono Services

Community means nobody builds alone. Underrepresented founders receive 1.1% of venture capital. We can't fix that. But we can give overlooked Oregon businesses a brand and a website, for free, funded by 5% of everything we make. So far we've donated 1,025 hours. To 23 founders and leaders. That's $179,000 in work, given away. And we're not stopping now.
