Either works. Many founders start with the Branding Sprint and add the Website Sprint once their identity is set. If you book both, they don't have to run back-to-back.

Each sprint runs about two weeks (10 working days). The Branding Sprint spans Day 1 (research and strategy) to Day 10 (handoff). The Website Sprint spans Day 11 to Day 20. Booked together and run consecutively, that's a full brand and website in roughly four weeks.
