Overview

Vibe Haus is a boutique spa that empowers guests through skincare education and a sense of community.


Phase 1

Brand Strategy

PROBLEM

Taking care of your skin is rarely cheap. If it is, is hardly worth the effort and investment. To validate this assumption, we interviewed a group of potential customers learned that the combination of skincare, comfort, education, and affordability was an untapped niche in the market and represented a unique position within the field.

SOLUTION

Not only did folks want a place to relax, but they also wanted a place where they could learn and build community. They wanted empowerment.

After this research, Sarah Rhodes, the licensed aesthetician behind Vibe Haus, felt more confident in the direction she wanted to take Vibe Haus. Our brief was to position her brand as a safe space where people could feel comfortable and learn about how to take care of their skin. Beyond just offering facials and massages, Sarah aimed to design Vibe Haus to give customers a relaxing and multi-sensory experience.

We moved forward with that understanding and created a brand identity system that would clearly speak to what customers wanted, while also communicating a distinct Vibe Haus aesthetic.


Phase 2

Brand Building

Sarah is originally from Las Vegas, and growing up in that visually iconic city, she connected with its neon tones and cultural associations of nostalgia, so that language informed much of the branding.

As the name Vibe Haus implies, this logo needed to communicate a certain feel: one that’s retro, vibrant, moody, and cozy, all at once. We also noticed that Sarah’s personality blends a caring nature with some sass — and we wanted to make sure that charm and character was felt throughout the brand.


PHASE 3

Brand Activation

Part of our collaboration with Vibe Haus involved partnering with Sarah to develop a business launch plan. This plan included concepts for content marketing along with haus-warming parties, branded invitations and thank-you cards, and a multiphased website launch.

As we designed a range of marketing collateral, we ensured that everything reflected the vibe we landed upon: a little bit disco, a little bit diva, all while still being relaxed and approachable.
