PROBLEM

La Sombra initially started as an Airbnb in Oklahoma, but it is now embarking on an exciting journey to expand its destination offerings to include the beautiful country of Costa Rica. This strategic pivot necessitates La Sombra to strategically reposition itself in order to harmonize with the new destinations and cultivate a distinct brand identity in the minds of consumers.

SOLUTION

We seized this opportunity to reposition the brand, going beyond the conventional concept of being just another vacation rental. Instead, we aimed to transform it into an influential brand that actively promotes the significance of self-care, fosters meaningful connections, and embraces the joy of play.
