We are thrilled to announce that Odd Notion has achieved B Corp status. We are excited to join the esteemed community of 7,351 B Corps worldwide.

Together, we are dedicated to driving positive change in our local economy, ensuring that it benefits all individuals, communities, and the planet.

The most significant change for Odd Notion was legally transitioning into a Social Purpose Corporation (S.P.C).

While a typical corporation is legally obligated to prioritize maximizing shareholder profits, an S.P.C is also obligated to pursue specific social goods, in addition to profits. We refer to this as the double bottom line.

Since our start in 2020, we have donated services to 8 BIPOC-led businesses and 2 non-profits. We have donated $82,000 in services and 523 hours. These numbers may seem impersonal and dry, but they represent real people who received the help they needed to get their companies and organizations off the ground. For that, we are extremely proud.
