Cadence
We like to keep things consistent. Every Monday we’ll meet as a team to outline the needs for the week and come Friday, you’ll receive a deliverable. And we can work at this pace throughout the duration of your retainer so you can be involved and will always know what to expect.
Communication
On those Fridays, we’ll provide a video with that week’s deliverable so you can digest and evaluate the work on your own time. You can also use the videos to communicate the work internally and get any feedback or buy-in from yours stakeholders. Plus, your asynchronous feedback allows us to make the most of our Monday meeting time together.
Personalized Dashboard
To keep things neat and organized we’ll set you up on your own client dashboard where you can track down files, and timelines, and submit design briefs to your Odd Notion team.
